We aim to solve the poverty problem with the power finance. In addition, we will train technical intern trainees such as auto mechanics in Cambodia, and work to solve the labor shortage in Japan and improve the technical level of Cambodia in a sending business that supports employment in Japan

Due to our developing and expanding our operation in Cambodia, currently we are looking for competent and ambitious talents as Graphic Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

 - Design Monthly Digital content for FB Page, LinkedIn, and other channels, and make sure all contents are designed on time based on schedule
 - Handle in all marketing material include design, material check selection, and material production
 - Some knowledge of logo design
 - Prioritize to who have creative idea
 - Other tasks assigned by manager

Key Requirements:

 - University degree in graphic designer or related
 - AT least 2-years experience preferably in the field
 - Good Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, and other related design programs.
 - Well understand of marketing materials
 - Creative, good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skill
 - Sound knowledge of English in speaking and writing
 - Honest, patient, friendly, willing to work hard, and capability to work under pressure and deadline

Internal Audit Supervisor will be responsible for organizing and overseeing internal audits in accordance with the annual audit plan.

  Job Description:

  Planning

 - Prepare annual audit plan and budget for the whole audit department.
 - Develop and update audit procedure/program to achieve audit objectives.
 - Work with audit officer to prepare audit quarterly plan/schedule for audit mission.
 - Define fraud scenario and work with General Manager to design a plan to avoid internal fraud.
 - Prepare annual risk assessment for the company.

  Executing

 - Conduct risk assessment to identify control weaknesses, business process, redundant processes, and workflow inconsistencies, explore alternatives to improve internal controls to be effective and efficient.
 - Execute audit activities based on annual audit plan/schedule.
 - Lead the execution of audit officer activities testing including reviewing transactions, documents, records, reports and policies and procedure of accuracy and effectiveness.
 - Daily supervise audit staff, provide support, solve problems and be responsible for the development/training of audit staff.
 - Coordinate and participate with management team to obtain necessary information for audit staff to conduct their audit course.
 - Monitor work and performance of audit staff including filling audit working paper both hard copy and soft copy to make sure it is properly file and ensure documentations are adequate to support audit findings.
 - Participate in the process of recruiting audit staff, prepare JD and conduct annual evaluation.
 - Lead the audit monthly meeting with department managers.

  Reporting:

 - Prepare audit reports including the list of audit findings together with the appropriate root cause/implication/recommendation/corrective action submit to supervisor.
 - Review audit report from Audit Officer and consolidate to monthly audit report.
 - Submit monthly audit report to General Manager before the monthly meeting with department heads.
 - Report any problem or issue during exco-meeting or to General Manager.

  Follow up:

 - Follow up action plan and activities of Audit officer.
 - Follow up previous audit report to determine adequacy of corrective actions.

  Other:

 - Recommend changing in policies or procedures to increase efficiency the company operations.
 - Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

 - At least Bachelor's degree any these fields - Finance, Management control, Business Management or equivalent.
 - At least 4 years experiences including management experience.
 - Good verbal communication skills in Khmer and English
 - Flexibility (e.g. adjusting to changing circumstances and working on a variety of tasks)
 - Computer literate MS Word, Excel.

Job Description:

Develop the Partnership Portfolio:

 - Identify new distribution channels
 - Negotiate partnership agreement with relevant entities (processes, products, roles and responsibilities etc...)

Requirements:

 - Bachelor/master's degree in related field
 - At least 3 -4 years' experience in the field
